Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BnBuyShop. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

BnBuyShop is an affiliate shop system and link aggregator. It is designed to allow property hosts and curators to display recommended products.

  • Not a Retailer: We do not sell, manufacture, stock, or ship any products displayed on this site.
  • Not a Guidebook: This service functions solely as a curated affiliate storefront, not as a comprehensive property management or guidebook replacement.

2. No Liability for Third-Party Links and Content

Because BnBuyShop aggregates links to external websites, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of the destination content. We are not responsible for:

  • Broken or Dead Links: Links that lead to 404 pages or removed products.
  • Pricing Inaccuracies: Discrepancies between the price (or lack thereof) displayed on our interface and the final price at the destination retailer. The third-party retailer's price is always the final, accurate price.
  • Product Quality & Fulfillment: Any issues regarding product quality, shipping delays, returns, or customer service must be handled directly with the third-party retailer.

3. Affiliate Networks and Host Responsibilities

BnBuyShop provides the software infrastructure for hosts to insert their own affiliate URLs (such as Amazon Associates links).

  • Network Compliance: We are not responsible for enforcing or monitoring a host's compliance with their respective affiliate network's Terms of Service.
  • Account Actions: We hold no liability if a host's affiliate account is suspended, penalized, or banned by a third-party network (e.g., Amazon) for any reason, including improper link usage or lack of required affiliate disclosures.
  • Commission Tracking: We are not responsible for lost revenue, tracking failures, or missing commissions due to broken URLs, ad-blockers, browser privacy settings, or changes in third-party affiliate network policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The BnBuyShop platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BnBuyShop (and its parent entities, operators, and developers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any interactions with third-party retailers linked through the platform; or (c) any failures in third-party affiliate tracking.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your consent to the updated Terms.
